Environment
Our engagement is to guarantee the most sustainable environmental conditions for the Games and the local society.
Greece and the Organizing Committee for the Mediterranean Games Volos 2013 have adopted international environmental practices that impose concrete actions and policies for the protection of natural environment.
Our objective is the creation of modern installations and infrastructures guided by innovation, the protection of the environment, sustainability, and the rationalised budget. The games will leave a key legacy of national benefits in culture, sport, volunteering, business and tourism.
